Ceremony Permit Application
Please note that ceremonies with more than 20 people require a permit. However, if you have fewer than 20 guests, getting a permit is the only way to secure a location. The permit fee of $250.00 is non-refundable and includes the use of one of the four locations within the park.

Additional Sites for Rent
Apart from the ceremony permit fee, other locations like the Band Stand, Gazebo, Picnic Shelter, and Ship Cove Platform are also available for rent for ceremonies. Additionally, the Picnic Shelter and Ship Cove Platform can be rented for receptions. If you need further information about renting these locations, please visit Cape Elizabeth Community Services.
